Took pics this weekend for a little friend’s party.   Happy birthday!

The constant children’s argument:  Who’s taller?  Who’s older?  Who’s bigger?  Who’s fatter…okay maybe not that one, but you get the point.

The party was at a gymnastics, UBER fun kid’s place–the kind of place where you think, “Why didn’t I think of that?  I’d be rich.”  But then you remember all the work that would have to go into it and it’s okay that you didn’t think of it first.  Fun times.


This was a giant, long trampoline down to a foam pit!  WHOOHOO!






The kid in me often wishes I was four again–where jumping into a pit of foam is the only concern you have about your afternoon….or which dress-up princess costume you will receive as a present, or if you should you blow out your birthday candle right after its lit or after they sing “Happy Birthday.” 

One more day to weekend, but who’s counting?  ME ME ME ME ME!

To keep from having to BARE (ha, get it?) my soul and tell you another embarassing story, today we’ll go on a picture journey.  But not just any picture journey.  Today, I’ll avoid beautiful camping pictures like this…

Today, to keep away the boredom, I’ll refrain from normal pictures….
like this woodpecker (who was so large & loud I thought someone was coming to get me)…

I won’t show you my dog’s favorite place to be while camping…

or some random bug…

Nope. Instead, I’ll show you what Michael and I did during ‘quiet hours’ before the sponge bath saga.  When the rest of the world is peaceful and serene, we think of odd things to do, and then we HAVE FUN!  Enjoy!

Our first attempt at ‘Sprint Commercial’ Art… This would be a Person, Tree, Bush, Cloud and Sun.


On the picture of Michael on the right, I tried to draw a smiley face.  Can you see it? HAHAHAH!


This ‘artwork’ takes a lot of thought and hard work!?!?! I suppose this explains my serious face…Doesn’t Michael look eerie?  Did you know he lost a leg?

I love this one.  I love how she’s grasping onto her dad’s hand… But note to self:  Don’t cut off heads.  Sigh.  And that, folks, is why I’m no professional.

This is a favorite, because this little gal tells it all with her eyes: “I am cool because of my glasses.” LOVE IT!
